Licensed Battlefield Guide Mike Phipps is currently deployed to Iraq on his third tour of duty there. Mike is a 52 year-old native of Baltimore, Maryland. He began his military career 30 years ago when he was commissioned as an infantry officer from the ROTC program at his alma mater, The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore
