Okay, so this first image doesn’t have anything to do with Confederate buttons or buckles, but we wanted to give you a better picture from yesterday’s photograph of the placard in the bottom right hand corner of the exhibit case. Now that the Gettysburg Daily whetted your appetite for buttons and buckles with yesterday’s pictures, we took pictures of the Confederate buttons and buckles on a rainy Sunday. States whose Confederate buttons are not on display in this case include Kentucky, Maryland, and Missouri. Who knows, we might show the United States buttons and buckles some day.
