The walls are rising at the William Patterson House. This view was taken facing southwest at approximately 1:30 PM on Tuesday, June 9, 2009.

The beams/rafters are now being installed for the second floor of the William Patterson House on the Taneytown Road.



Two National Park Service employees were working on the Patterson House when we stopped by Tuesday afternoon. This view was taken facing northeast at approximately 1:30 PM on Tuesday, June 9, 2009.

They were hoping to have the second floor covered with plywood by now. This view was taken facing west at approximately 1:30 PM on Tuesday, June 9, 2009.

On rainy days, the maintenance staff is working on the floor that will be installed here: a poplar tongue and groove floor. This view was taken facing northeast at approximately 1:30 PM on Tuesday, June 9, 2009.
