The new Visitor Center and Museum at Gettysburg National Military Park is open until 6:00 PM. Few people realize it is open that late, and fewer take advantage of the fact to look around when the center is not very crowded. This summer, the Visitor Center will remain open until 7:00 PM. On Saturday, the Gettysburg Daily stayed a little late to look over the first exhibit as one enters the museum area from the front lobby: Buckles and Buttons.
